David and Yuki moved to Hudson for the slow mornings and decided to share them. On weekends they push back the living room furniture, set eight small tables, and open the doors at eight. David pulls espresso from their La Marzocco; Yuki brings pastries from Hearthstone Bakery the evening before. No laptops. Just good coffee, quiet conversation, and a place to read your newspaper.
